When do I complete my workshop or training?
All Courses, Workshops & Trainings are to be completed with the date specified where advertised.
Do I receive a refund if I can’t attend a workshop or training?
All offline Courses, Workshops & Trainings is a no refund policy without medical release.
Additional charges for re-sitting any assignments:
Failure through the syllabus, £80 for each examination
Extensions of assessments are possible with agreement through acroyogadance
Should there be an complaint on the course, an informal chat on the day will be available to resolve solutions.
Written complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. If should any problems are not resolved we will provide a letter outlining reasons and a fair reasonable answer/solution.

This Code of Conduct is a summation and declaration of acceptable, ethical, and professional behaviour by which all Yoga Alliance Professionals Registered Yoga Teachers agree to conduct the teaching and business of AcroYogaDance
As a registrant on AcroYogaDance Teacher Training, I agree to uphold the following ethical principles: Conduct myself in a professional and conscientious manner. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that my practices and behavior conform to the representations I make about myself in holding myself out as a Acroyogadance practitioner.
Acknowledge the limitations of my skills and scope of practice and where appropriate, refer students to seek alternative instruction, advice, treatment or direction.
Create and maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the practice of AcroYogaDance. Encourage diversity by respecting all students regardless of age, physical limitations, race, creed, gender, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation.
Respect the rights, dignity and privacy of all students.
Avoid words and actions that constitute sexual harassment or harassment.
Follow all local government and national laws that pertain to my Acroyogadance teaching and business. I agree to comply with the conditions and requirements as set out in the course curriculum, and accept that failure to do so will disqualify me from any accreditation. I furthermore vow to uphold the standards of the teachings I have been given, and to maintain and promote the good name of AcroYogaDance at all times.
I accept that failure to do so may lead to the annulment of any accreditation obtained from AcroYogaDance Teacher Training.

What Personally Identifiable Information is collected?
We may collect basic user profile information from all of our Visitors. We collect the following additional information from our Authorized Customers: the names, addresses and email addresses of Authorized Customers.
This is collected when you register for the use of our services OR sign up to become a registered user. As a registered user, you have the option of changing or deleting the data collected during registration at any time. What is GDPR? It is the EU Data Privacy Shield that becomes effective on May 25, 2018. It applies to any person or business that sells or markets goods or services to EU residents or deals with personal data of those that reside under European Union. The “Personal Data” definition under GDPR is very broad as it covers any information that could potentially identify the data subject being targeted.
